I attended the training program on “Drafting, Negotiating & Managing Commercial Contracts” conducted at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurugram, and I would like to share my feedback on the same. The program was highly informative, well-structured, and practically oriented. The faculty members demonstrated explained contractual concepts in a clear and engaging manner. The sessions on contract drafting techniques, risk allocation, negotiation strategies, dispute management, and case-based discussions were particularly insightful and relevant to our day-to-day professional responsibilities. The use of real-life case studies, interactive discussions and practical examples significantly enhanced understanding and encouraged active participation. The training has helped in strengthening my knowledge of commercial contracts and will be valuable in improving efficiency, compliance and risk management in contract administration and negotiation. Overall, the program met its objectives and added substantial value to my professional skill set. I want to express thanks to the management and HR team of NETC for giving me the opportunity to attend this training and I recommend similar programs in the future for contracts and procurement-related functions.
